在你问这个问题的时候，其实在你自己心里就有答案了，那肯定就是不该！ 和自己不喜欢的人，连基本的爱情基础都没有，谈何婚姻。除非我们都还活在上世纪之前的包办婚姻时代。 2019年发表在《人格与社会心理学杂志》（the journal SocialPsychological and Personality Science）上的一项研究显示，40%的婚龄在10年以上的已婚者称自己还在“浓烈的爱情”之中。婚龄在30年以上的夫妇中，40%的女性和35%的男性称自己还在享受“浓烈的爱情”。从中可以看出，支撑与维系婚姻的基本情感因素都没有的话，是无法步入婚姻的。 当然也有不少人做出过这样的选择，在找我解决婚姻家庭问题的咨询者中也有不少。阿湘就是这样的一位和不喜欢的相亲对象步入婚姻的女性。 一年前，家里亲戚介绍了一个男生给已经马上就30岁生日的阿湘，父母也一直催促着让阿湘去见面。 于是阿湘就去和这个男生见了。在此之前，阿湘也在父母的逼迫之下相亲了不少男生，都没有结果。 这个男生叫小马。一番见面交谈下来，阿湘感觉品性还不错，而且据对方自己所说，赚钱能力也非常好。然后接下来的日子也对自己特别好，总是找时间带自己吃喝玩乐，相处起来也蛮愉快。 但是阿湘总觉得自己没有想和小马发展恋人的那种激情，可能当朋友还差不多。不过周围朋友们都说对自己好就够了，哪有什么十全十美，又要爱情又要物质。 阿湘一来相亲太多，怕了。自己又有点焦虑自己的年龄。加上父母的催促，就在小马不停地追求下三个月后就答应结婚了。 本来在一起的时候，阿湘其实就感觉到，自己根本不爱小马，就是有一点点好感，仅此而已。抱着试试看在一起了，想给个机会。 结婚在一起生活后，阿湘才发现真是煎熬。 两个人三观根本不一致。小马思想特别保守，阿湘因为有过留学的经历，思想比较开放的。 很多问题都是小事，但偏偏小马看得非常严重，吵得不可开交。并且他有大男子主义，总觉得家庭里妻子就一定要听从作为丈夫的，一旦吵架，就表示，我懒得理你，你什么也不懂。 阿湘简直觉得发指，这个男人婚前婚后完全两样。 本来和小马牵手、睡觉都让阿湘不大舒服，现在和小马接吻都愈发觉得恶心了。身体欺不了人。阿湘决定要离婚。当初要不是自己母亲再三说教，和自己的一点虚荣心，就不会步入这段短暂婚姻的。 在阿湘父母的眼里，只要物质条件合适、生活环境和经历相仿、年龄身高匹配的，就可以在一起。完全忽视了是否两情相悦，没有爱情基础，怎么维系基本的婚姻里的沟通互动。 在婚姻里痛苦了半年，阿湘终于获得了解脱。 只是同时她觉得自己很难拥有爱情和婚姻了，不知道未来怎么办才是更好。 针对阿湘这种情况，我给出了几个可以尝试的方法。 1、千万不要为了结婚而结婚 你不要因为结婚这个形式，不要因为各种外界因素的影响而直接结婚了。 结婚需要两个人的感情，有基础的情况之下才可以的，说明双方是互相接受的，是互相喜欢的，这样才可以结婚。 而不是说两个人只是因为应付对方的父母，或者是应付未来的日子生活，或者是为了想而让自己的生活圆满，所以才选择结婚。 2、不要和不合适的人结婚 千万别觉得对不起父母，不然你可以问问父母，你开心快乐，和让你不开心不快乐地和不喜欢的人结婚，他们会选哪个？ 能让父母放心的只有你，内心强大起来，做出大人的样子，告诉他们你可以为自己的未来负责，并请他们尊重你的选择。 3、扩大社交圈 现在生活水平提高了，有条件的会发展自己的兴趣爱好，比如摄影，滑轮，登山，户外运动等等，参加这样的协会活动，大家有相同的兴趣爱好产生共鸣的可能性就越高。 参加聚会，同学聚会，朋友聚会，同事聚会，展现与工作时候不一样的自己，也是一个相互认识的机会，这种看上眼的概率也很高。 4、明白相亲的真正意义 相亲的性质从另一个角度上来说其实也是在扩大我们的社交圈，所以在相亲的时候就不要有那些任性的行为和脾气，第一次见面是为了让对方明白，我们是一个有礼貌性格开朗大方的人就可以，所以说相亲的意义在于交朋友，而不是真的认为你们之间会发生什么。 5、相亲前做好一定的准备工作 相亲前着装要十分注意，不宜太正式，也不宜太随意，平时休闲一点的装束就可以，然后可以稍微提前几分钟到见面地点等着，可以适当地主动询问，和男生多些交流，清楚一个正常的相亲是可以如何互动的。 在我个人看来，每个人都可以拥有属于自己的爱情和婚姻，而不是因为自己的问题选择了不合适甚至是不喜欢的人，但是有些人却从来不会去选择努力，就好像信奉了那句话“缘分天注定”但是还有另外一句话叫做“三分天注定，七分靠打拼”。其实不管是工作还是爱情，等是等不来机会的，优秀的工作和美好的爱情只属于努力的人。​以上5个方法可供大家好好去研究与尝试，对自己如何能获得真正属于自己的爱情有所帮助。 在我看过的一部美国电影《世界上最伟大的父亲》里面，有两句我一直很喜欢的台词： “曾以为世界上最糟糕的事，就是孤独终老。其实不是。最糟糕的是与那些让你感到孤独的人一起终老。” 祝大家最终都能获得自己真正想要的生活！
