三区。根据相关查询，固体力学学报英文版是sci三区的期刊，所以是三区的。《固体力学学报》创刊于1980年，是由中国科学技术协会主管，中国力学学会主办，华中科技大学承办的力学类期刊。

应该还凑合吧，也只能是凑合吧，个人感觉不是特别好。去年老板投过两篇，他跟我说这个journal挺好的，不过我看影响因子什么的挺一般的，不知道老板为什么要选这个。anyway，也算个sci，第一篇的时候等了几个月，可能是跟圣诞节放假有关吧。第二篇很快就回来了，应该找的还是那两个reviewer，对文章可能熟悉些了，改的就很快。
