高速公路路面病害防治论文
摘要:随着科学技术的发展以及改革开放政策的实施,带动了我国社会经济的不断进步,加快了我国城市化进程的脚步,城市化的深入发展使得我国的交通行业有了更快的发展,不仅增加了城市的桥梁建设,也增加了城市、乡村之间的道路建设。文章作者重点对高速公路路面病害主要的类型进行总结,对病害形成原因进行分析,以及提出了解决路面病害有效的防治措施。

现阶段,我国高速公路的基本都是沥青材料铺筑的路面,这是由于沥青材料具有较好的力学性能以及很好的耐用能力,可以让行驶的车辆有着更高的舒适感以及安全性能。而在我国经济高速发展同时车辆的数量急速增长,使得高速公路车流量的加大,因此高速公路容易出现一些损坏的现象,即“路面病害”,出现这些“路面病害”时就要及时维修维护,从而大大的减少了高速公路上的车流量,直接影响到国民经济,最重要的是给行驶的车辆带来一定程度的安全威胁,容易造成人员的伤亡,因此要采取一定的措施以减少“路面病害”的现象。
1高速公路路面病害主要的类型
裂缝
裂缝包括纵向裂缝和横向裂缝两大类。与纵向裂缝相比横向裂缝的情况更为严重,横向裂缝产生的原因主要是由温度应力作用所引起的。横向裂缝的宽度、长度会随着时间的增长而发生变化,一旦当路面的抗裂能力降低到一定程度时,高速公路上温度裂缝的数量便会不断的增加,从而严重的影响了高速公路路面行车的安全性。
车辙
高速公路路面车辙主要是在车辆行驶荷载的反复作用下使路面产生出永久性变形积累形成的带状凹槽。高速公路路面上一旦出现车辙会导致路面平整度下降,当车辙达到一定深度时,便会在凹槽内形成大量积水非常容易引起交通安全事故。
坑槽
坑槽的成因主要是施工时路面空隙率过大,雨水渗入,沥青的'粘合度被破坏,出现油石分离,容易产生坑槽。另外,路基路面遭到破坏后,车辆荷载作用下也会形成坑槽。沉陷也是坑槽形成的一种现象。
波浪以及拥包
公路施工时沥青分布不均匀,油石粘合度降低,车载时路面反复受撞击就会形成局部受力不均匀,形成波浪。如果沥青过多稠度较低,或者是沥青混合料配合比不科学,车载时会对路面形成水平推力,路面局部隆起成拥包。翻浆由于路面排水能力差,雨水渗透使部分基层软化,或者是基层用料不当,细料过多,在荷载情况下,就可能造成翻浆。如果是低温时基层遭遇水渗透,会出现冻胀,当温度升高时化冻,会导致基层局部疏松,荷载之后也会引起翻浆。
2高速公路路面病害形成原因
地基的沉降
高速公路的沿线一般都会很长,所以在某一些特殊的路段难免会出现一些含水量过高的情况,另外高速公路相关设计人员有时没有到现场细心勘察地质问题与查找相关资料,就不知道哪些路段在建设过程中刻意的采取哪些措施来进行解决,因此就会导致高速公路的某些路段的含水量较高,从而引起高速公路地基承载能力的差异,进而使得高速公路路段的不均匀沉降现象的发生,为高速公路纵向开裂的产生提供了一些有利条件。
施工的因素
由于高速公路相关的设计人员没能仔细进行资料的审查以及整体结构的合理性设计,导致整个高速公路的路面建设缺乏一定的科学性与合理性,这是高速公路路基厚度严重不足的根本原因,再加上高速公路施工单位在进行建设时,施工人员的工作素质不高,混合材料在搅拌时没有搅拌均匀,使得混合材料在其底部仍然存在大量的素土夹层或者存在不均匀的材料,以这种材料建设的高速公路,就会很容易出现因路基的压实度不均匀而导致的“路面病害”现象的发生。
行车载荷的原因
高速公路上行车的负荷过载是导致高速公路容易出现车辙病害的主要原因之一,在高速公路的通行中,经常会出现一些重载的车辆,在加上高速公路通过的车流量较大,就使得路面受到载重的损害较为严重,当路面的荷载能力在行驶车辆的作用下不断加大,超出高速公路最大的荷载能力时,路面就产生一些大小不等、程度不一的车槽,这就是高速公路出现“路面病害”最主要的原因之一。
3高速公路路面病害有效的防治措施
裂缝的防治措施
首先,在高速公路路基分层填筑时,就必须加强对公路路基分层填筑的质量以及压实的密度进行谨慎、仔细的检查,对于高速公路建设过程中不合格的位置重新进行补充及做好施工的防止裂缝工作,这样有效减少高速公路路基发生裂缝的机率,极大的减少了高速公路路面在使用过程中裂缝出现的数量;其次,在高速公路出现裂缝时,先对裂缝的宽度进行测量,对于3毫米以下的裂缝,可以不需要做处理;对于处在3毫米与5毫米之间的纵向裂缝,则需要将裂缝出现的位置进行清扫,压缩空气吹净,然后用沥青堵住;对于大于5毫米的裂缝,则需要将裂缝上、中部分的面层刨除,然后对裂缝进行填充;若裂缝小于6毫米则不需要直接灌缝,对于6毫米以外的裂缝则需要先阔缝,在清洁,最后灌缝养生。
车辙的防治措施
第一,选择合适达标的材料来进行施工,通常情况下,根据现阶段公路施工技术的发展,一般都是选择表面粗糙、嵌挤作用好的材料以及含蜡量较低的沥青作为施工材料;第二,在温度偏高的季节和天气限制高速公路上行驶车辆的数量以及行驶车辆的载重,尽最大可能的对高速公路的路面进行维护和保养,在进行车辙的修复时,要采用小型铣刨机铣上面的4厘米,宽度为整个车道,再重新铺筑路面,以达到平整路面的效果;第三,在沥青路面上的不稳定层时,要将路面拉毛,然后重新铺设路面;第四,采用骨架密实结构的粗集料间断级配沥青混合料做路面表面层,可以有效的提高沥青路面对于高温天气的稳定性,进而减少车辙现象的发生。
坑槽的防治措施
坑槽的修补方法有热补法和冷补法两种。冷补法时先量深度,在划出范围,再切槽,然后对其进行清洁,接着喷灯烤干烤热,最后将预先准备好的热料补至坑槽中。对于厚度大于6厘米的坑槽要进行分层填筑,在填筑结束后应从外向内的对其进行碾压处理。以夯实修补的路面,在对坑槽进行热补法时,首先对将要进行修补部位进行加热,当修补地面软化后,将准备好的热料放置其中进行修补,同样也是从外向内的进行碾压工作,与冷补法相比,热补法的方式更为简单、方便。

通过文章的叙述,可以得出以下结论。由于沥青具有较好的力学性质以及较高的舒适度和安全性,因此,沥青是目前高速公路常见的建筑材料,但是随着高速公路的不断运营,流经车辆的不断增多,高速公路的耐久性逐渐的降低,逐渐的出现了“路面病害”的现象,这不仅影响了交通运输带来的不便,更为严重的是威胁到人们出行的安全。因此我们不断努力探索与总结“路面病害”的原因所在,积极采取一些有效的预防措施。
