This system based on the exploitation in the B/S pattern, to realize the paperless work, has saved the work funds for the college, the choice for the students in discourse topic more flexible and the management for the teachers in students selected topics more reliable. Based on the characteristics of convenient, fast, and easy to operate and so on by adopting the procedure about the exploitation in the B/S pattern that becomes the key point in certain works and implications in several universities. Testing is an important element for software guarantee, is an examination method to different load feedback for the system and requests strictly to its test necessity, nevertheless, does not scientific and active control the test process, because it is unable to guarantee objectivity bout the result.
