去幸福校园论文网 我写论文就是在那找的 挺不错的 给你找篇参考一下吧[原文]全身麻醉的目的是满足手术的需要并维护病人的安全，因此，全麻应达到使病人意识消失，镇痛良好，肌松适度，并将应激反应控制在适当水平，使内环境保持相对稳定等多方面的要求。目前尚无任何一种麻醉药临床剂量单独应用就能满足上述所有要求，因而临床麻醉中都采用两种或两种以上麻醉药来实施全身麻醉。麻醉药物广泛的联合应用使得对麻醉药物相互作用的研究具有重要的实用价值，多年来一直都使麻醉药理学研究的重点，目前对静脉麻醉药相互作用及其相关的机制研究得较多。在静脉麻醉药物的相互作用的研究中，人们发现许多静脉麻醉药物的相互作用现象不能由单独的药代动力学机理完全解释。因此，目前对静脉麻醉药相互作用产生的机制的研究倾向于更多的从药效学方面进行解释，这就有赖于对这些麻醉药全麻机制研究的进一步深入。随着全麻机制研究的发展，近来对静脉全麻药的相互作用机制的研究着重于它们在作用位点或受体水平的相互影响和相互作用。1 药物相互作用及分析方法药物相互作用（drug interaction）是指同时或相继使用两个或两个以上药物时，其中一个药物作用的大小，持续时间甚至性质受到另一药物的影响而发生明显的改变。其中药效发生改变的药物称为目标药物（object drug），引起这种改变的药物称为相互作用药（interacting drug）；有时两个药物互相影响对方的作用，因而互为目标药和相互作用药。药物相互作用可分为三种不同的情况：相加作用（additive），协同作用（synergism）和拮抗作用（antagonism），其中协同作用和拮抗作用的定义是建立在相加作用的定义的基础之上的，即联合应用的作用大于相加作用为协同，反之为拮抗，因此相加作用的定义成为药物相互作用评价的关键。......
