1、health science：健康科学。

2、life science：生命科学。

二、用法不同

1、health science：health的基本意思既可指人身体的“健康(可好可坏)”，也可指人精神上的“健康”，是不可数名词。health有时还可用作祝语，作“祝某人健康”解，可用作不可数名词，也可用作可数名词。

2、life science：life的基本意思是指使人或其他生物的活动、成长，从而有别于死的物体、岩石或其他无机物体的“生命”，也可指一切有生命的东西，即“生物”。life也可指“人生，人的存在”或人在一生中的经历，即“生活”。life还可指“人命，性命”。引申可指“一生，终身”“生命力，活力”“生活方式”。

三、侧重点不同

1、health science：以人体健康为中心的学科。

2、life science：不光研究人类，也研究生命起源。
