The 12th international conference on measurement technology and mechanical automation (ICMTMA2020) provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. 1、找到与你相关的“会议”的“征文通知”；2、根据《会议通知》要求，准备论文——投稿——汇款（如该会议需注册费、版面费等费用的话）——参加会议（一般还有会务费）——获取论文集。

1、E-mail投稿。直接进会务组官网的“paper submition”栏目，里面就有投稿E-mail。直接将文章发过去即可，一般系统会自动回复稿件已经收到的语句。
2、esaychair投稿。还是进会务组官网的“paper submition”栏目，找到投稿的地址，进入后会跳转让你注册该会议的esaychair，注册后登陆esaychair，按照上面的流程填写相关信息，最后上传稿件点击提交即可。
会议论文录用后，可以选择参加会议或者不参加会议，但是学术会议必须召开，而期刊论文录用后只需等着出版即可，会议论文一般审稿周期都比较短2周左右，快的1周，甚至水平一般的会议几天就可以录用，会议论文在会议上宣读后，有些会议会出版论文集或者专刊，有些则不会，作者需要先了解清楚具体的要求，再了解清楚会议的发表事项，来确定会议的选择。
