会议论文会只发表摘要吗

The 12th international conference on measurement technology and mechanical automation (ICMTMA2020) provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. 这种会议只需要提交摘要，很多人为了去参加会议，就只写了摘要。后续的研究可能是会议回来之后再做，或者把两三个研究和在一起成为了他的研究生或者博士毕业论文

不知道你想投的是哪个会议，我去过三次美国凝聚态物理学大会。这是整个美国每年最大的物理学年会，该会议几乎是来者不拒，你只要把你的要讲的文章（假设你有文章了）的摘要翻译成英文的就好了，而不需要任何额外的内容。楼上说得对，当然肯定是要看这个会议对于字数等等有没有硬性要求。
