《土木工程与管理学报》是中华人民共和国教育部主管，华中科技大学主办的土木工程与工程管理类学术期刊。1983年，《华中科技大学学报（城市科学版）》创刊，2011年，更名为《土木工程与管理学报》。
据2018年5月23日中国知网显示，《土木工程与管理学报》共出版文献2757篇、总被下载501751次、总被引21250次，（2017版）复合影响因子为0.887、（2017版）综合影响因子为0.430。
据2018年5月《土木工程与管理学报》编辑部官网显示，《土木工程与管理学报》编辑委员会拥有顾问委员13人，编委45人。
土木工程专业定义：
土木工程主要研究各类土地工程设施的勘测、设计、建造、保养、维修等方面的基本知识和技术，进行各类工程建筑物的新建、改建或扩建，以及相关配套设施的勘察、规划、设计、施工等。主要工程设施包含房屋、道路、铁路、管道、隧道、桥梁、堤坝、矿井等。
