(1)简历简历建议准备两个版本,一份是精华版,另一份是完全版。精华版最好是一页纸,将自己的姓名、性别、年龄、籍贯、毕业学校、专业、获得学位、住址和联系方式、主要受教育经历(高中阶段以来)、主修课程和成绩、参加的工程实践与实习,主要获奖和证书情况、感兴趣的工作等有条理地放在这一页纸中,使招人单位的有关人员一目了然,短时间内了解你的基本情况。完全版简历首先需要一个封面,在封面列出自己的姓名、毕业学校、专业、获得学位、联系电话,可以选择你毕业的大学某个标志性建筑(或符号)作为封面的背景,页面设置不要太花哨,中心目的是告诉别人我是谁,我毕业于哪所大学和哪个专业,取得什么学位,怎样可以最快联系到我。然后是简历的正文了,建议包括以下几个内容:1)个人陈述:用简练而真诚的语言介绍自己的特点和对未来工作的预想,后附签名和日期。这是一篇打动读者的短文,告诉招聘单位,我为什么申请这个职位,我有能力干好这个工作,建议写500~800字,单独占1页纸。2)受教育经历:按照由现在到过去的时间顺序详细列出自己高中以来受教育的经历(时间、毕业学校、专业、获得学位等),将毕业证书作为附件附在简历之后。3)学习主要课程及成绩:详细介绍大学以来所学各门课程及成绩,这一项是有一点技巧的,假如你学习成绩非常优秀,就直接将学校出具的成绩单放在前面,让用人单位一下子被你的成绩打动,假如你的课程成绩有好有差,那就在前面只列出专业主干课程以及你获得高分的基础课程学习成绩,而将学校盖章的成绩单作为附件放在后面,首先亮出自己优秀的一面,而希望那些在及格边缘的难看的成绩不要引起他们的过度关注。4)参加的科研和工程实践项目:对于研究生而言这一点特别重要,将读研期间参加过的导师主持科研、科技服务等项目按照重要程度详细列出来,排序原则按照先国家级项目后省级项目,然后是与企事业单位合作的横向项目。另外也可以按照招聘单位工作性质,将与招聘职位工作接近的项目排在前面,意在告诉用人单位我上学期间接触过类似的项目,有一定的经验。对于本科生而言,实习经历也是求职时非常重要的加分因素,如果自己没有参加什么课余的科研实践或单位实习,至少也应该列出学校安排的主要课程实习和毕业设计(论文)。在杂志公开发表过论文的话,可以将论文连同杂志封面复印作为简历附件。5)主要获奖和证书情况:英语四、六级考试,计算机等级考试,公务员考试,其他的行业执业证书考试等近年来都成了找工作时很必要的条件,读大学期间要尽可能多去参加这些考试,获得优秀证书。同时,这几年大学生科技挑战杯、创新设计、数学建模、英语辩论、科技论文......各个级别的竞赛活动很多,如果能够积极参与并获奖,那就又多了一些竞争的有利条件。优秀学生、三好学生、国家奖学金、学校各种奖学金证书也是很好的求职支持材料,总之,越有份量的获奖项目就越应该列在前面,证书作为附件按顺序放在后面。6)其他:如果还有其他的可以帮助对方了解你的特长和优势的材料,可以根据不同的招聘单位要求,有选择性地附上,记住一定要有选择性地附上。我曾经有一个硕士生获得过大学围棋比赛第一名,想到设计院求职,但是院长因为看了这个证书,推测他可能花很多时间上网与棋友下棋,不适合设计院经常需要加班的工作性质,因此没有录用这位同学,这是偏见,但也是一个教训,幸好这位同学后来还是凭实力找到了一份理想的工作。当然,一份优秀的简历最重要的还是靠自己平时努力创造出好成绩,有真材实料,这才是硬道理。(2)面谈准备好了简历以后,与用人单位人事主管面谈也有几个方面需要注意:1)衣着我个人认为学生参加招聘会穿不穿西装和套裙并不重要,与其花一大笔父母的钱买来千人一面的黑西装,还不如将自己打理得整洁、大方,可能更能得到他人的认同和赞赏。头发是一定要洗干净,男同学的头发不宜太长(除非你是学艺术的),同时应该刮刮胡子,内穿一件T恤,外穿一件夹克,一条休闲裤(不要穿牛仔裤),一双擦得干净的波鞋就是很青春,很阳光的打扮。我看到有些同学为了参加招聘会,省吃俭用或是问父母额外要钱买来西装,穿在身上就不象是他们自己的衣服,反而失去了青春的风采,适得其反。女同学的头发要梳理整齐,不宜染成奇怪的颜色,也不宜化浓妆和穿得太性感,挑一件自己最喜欢的合体的外套,配一条及膝的裙子或者是式样不太夸张的长裤,再穿一双鞋跟不要太细的皮鞋,稍稍化一点淡妆,20刚出头的年轻,青春与健康就是最好的美容品,一个知性和自信的女孩子可以在职场上走得很远,很成功。2)仪态我注意到有些学生和别人谈话时眼睛都不看着对方,目光飘移不定,这样给谈话者的印象是你心不在焉,谈话自然也就没有什么好的效果。与人面谈时仪态也是很重要的,首先要坐直身体,眼睛应该专注地看着谈话者,双方除了语言交流,目光也需要交换。俗话都说:“眼睛是心灵的窗户”,谈话时互相眼睛对望,你的发自内心的很多东西都会通过你的眼睛表露出来,这样也会有助于表达你的意愿,除非你口是心非,不愿意别人知道你真实的想法。因此,面试时记住两个最基本的身体姿态:坐直;眼睛专注看着对方。3)自信与真诚一些学生参加完招聘会后非常沮丧,抱怨说招聘官问的问题都是自己没遇到过的,太难了,感到自己什么也不会。我总是对他们说,想想你学了至少四年,修了那么多门课程,看了那么多书,怎么可能什么也不会呢?关键是你如何将问题引入到自己熟悉的话题上来。招聘官都是阅人无数的人事部门主管,他问你的问题大多数时候并不是考你很专业的知识,他主要是要考察你的逻辑、思维、理解和表达,你如果对问题的某个方面有了解,就可以自信地回答说,我对这个问题了解得不一定很全面,但是我在某某方面做过一些研究,然后就将谈话引入到相关的你熟悉的内容上去,这一定也会令对方满意的。说话一定要条理清楚,简单明了,不可以东拉西扯,妄加评论。假如对方提的问题真的是自己闻所未闻的,那就诚实地回答说这个问题我没有接触过,但是我可以去查资料,尽快将他学会。自信和真诚是最能打动别人的利器,一个人如果自己都不相信自己,怎么让别人相信你呢?而如果有意不懂装懂,也只会弄巧成拙,错失机会。(3)跟踪简历投出去了,初步的面谈也结束了,忐忑不安地等着进一步的通知,很多人等了一段时间没有结果就放弃了。我觉得参加招聘会的目的有两个:一是知道这个单位招本专业的人;二是展示自己的才能,给用人单位留下初步的好印象,招聘会结束后接下来的跟踪工作更为重要。首先仔细想想自己的父母、亲朋好友是否有人认识这个单位的职工,必须承认我们国家是一个人情社会(当然在国外找工作,如果有一个得力的推荐人,也会让事情容易得多),有关系跟没关系大不一样,如果有一个熟人能给你指指路,引荐引荐,同等条件下去竞争这个职位,你就有利多了。没有认识的人也不必失望,既然这个单位到招聘会上来找大学毕业生,一般来说他们是真的希望招到他们希望的有真才实学的人。你不妨按照他们留下的联系电话号码打一个电话过去,主动表达自己希望能去他们单位工作,不知是否能有这个机会。如果对方说他们已确定了其他人选,你也没有失去什么,可以集中精力再攻其他单位。而如果你很幸运,或许他们原先准备招的那个人因为各种原因来不了,正好有空缺,这个机会就是你的了。所以,不要轻易放弃,多跟踪联络一下,也许工作就有了。一年一度的毕业生在毕业前夕投简历,参加招聘见面,找工作,就业,我感到很多学生开始相当长的时间都是很迷茫的。只有两种人轻松:一种是特别优秀的,一种是家里有背景的。大多数普通学生都是经过多少次的失败后最终才找到工作的,当然这种磨练也是人生重要的成长经历,曾国藩靠“屡败屡战”,最终取得胜利,我们同样可以吸取经验和教训,早早做好充分准备,在招聘会上脱颖而出,找到自己心仪的工作。幸运从来都是垂青有准备的人!
