要重新提交，Sci论文一般都需要再修改后才能投稿收录，这里就会有编辑要求sci论文进行大修或是小修了，也有一种情况是编辑觉得该论文质量一般，就直接拒稿，这时候的作者朋友可以先修改，然后再进行重新投递出去，接下来aeic小编带大家了解一下。修改之后，自然是将文章重新投递出去。但这次不能再投到已经被拒的期刊了。重投的期刊我们需要慎重的选择，除了不要投递已经拒稿的期刊，我们还要注意以下几种期刊也不要选。(1)刊登论文数量比较少的期刊特别是相对热门的领域，但是论文数量相对很少的期刊，往往是不太成功。如果如Plos One这样航空母舰级的杂志，通过操作提高影响因子几乎没有可能。那么到底多少规模为限度，一般情况下，每年有300篇以上论著的杂志操作起来困难比较大，而且能刊登这么多论文，本身就可以说明问题。如果自己不会检索，只需要看看每年公布的影响因子中，论文发表数量哪个数据就可以了。超过300篇的都可以作为基本安全线，一般数量越多安全性越高。值得注意的是，对一些相对冷门的领域，也许最顶级的期刊都没有太多论文，这就另当别论了。从某种意义上讲，冷门领域的期刊相对安全系数高一些。(2)大型出版集团的期刊比较安全一般情况下，被镇压的期刊多数都是个体户类型的期刊，个体户多数是属于某一个国家的某个学术机构的期刊。大型学术机构一般有比较规范一致的管理模式，属于集团审核，杂志生存压力相对比较小。而操作分数一般会通过学术编辑们执行，因为杂志所有者和编辑们不是同一个部门，大型学术机构为保持学术的独立性，不敢去要求学术编辑干操作分数这样的不雅之事，所以几率相对比较少。
