1、自我介绍

3、提问与答辩
答辩教师的提问安排在答辩人自述之后，是答辩中相对灵活的环节，有问有答，是一个相互交流的过程。一般为3个问题，采用由浅入深的顺序提问，采取答辩人当场作答的方式。
答辩教师提问的范围在论文所涉及的领域内，一般不会出现离题的情况。提问的重点放在论文的核心部分，通常会让答辩人对关键问题作详细、展开性论述，深入阐明。答辩教师也会让答辩人解释清楚自述中未讲明白的地方。论文中没有提到的漏洞，也是答辩小组经常会问到的部分。再有就是论文中明显的错误，这可能是由于答辩人比较紧张而导致口误，也可能是答辩人从未意识到，如果遇到这种状况，不要紧张，保持镇静，认真考虑后再回答。还有一种判断类的题目，即答辩教师故意以错误的观点提问，这就需要答辩人头脑始终保持清醒，精神高度集中，正确作答。
