1．记可加深印象经常做读书笔增强记忆。
俗话说:“好记性不如烂笔头”。勤作笔记就是将读、想、写结合起来。脑、手并用自然比只读不写印象要深刻得多。比如作摘要就比单纯的读书多了一遍挑选和抄录;通过做读书笔记还可以符零散的负杆进仃刀尖队到有条有理地记忆提高了对知识的记忆能力。
